Drop in clinics - Healthy Homes for Wellbeing provides free energy and money saving advice for people living in Exeter, Mid Devon, East Devon, Teignbridge and Torbay. Energy Advisers will provide practical energy advice and support with the aim of helping as many residents save money and stay warm in their homes.
Eligible households can apply for LEAP for home energy visits to help with energy bills, install free simple energy saving methods such as LED bulbs and draught-proofing, and to help find funding for further home energy-saving improvements.
Cosy Devon provides free energy saving improvements for lower-income households.
Our Warm up Devon Scheme makes it possible for householders in East Devon, West Devon, Teignbridge, South Hams, Exeter and Plymouth to apply for grants for insulation measures like cavity wall insulation and loft insulation, boiler replacements and first time central heating.
